friends meet friends from everywhere," the Seminary Picnic has been a family
tradition in Perry County for 108 years. The event is held the
first full weekend in August at the Seminary Grove off T Road, 5 acre
picnic grounds with 36 acres of parking. Events include a chicken
and beef buffet style meal, Hand Crafted Quilt Bingo,

Citizen Center from 4pm-7:30pm. The price of tickets are $6.00 for
adults and $3.00 for children ages 4-11 (children under 3 eat free).
Donations from area merchants will be auctioned off following the
spaghetti dinner. All proceeds will go to benefit domestic violence
and sexual assault victims and their children at the Regional Family
Crisis Center.
